Maintenance & Support
Health checks, firmware updates, repairs and upgrades so the system keeps working long after installation.

We design, install and support CCTV, access control and the networks and internet links that keep them online. Using Dahua and Hikvision security equipment on MikroTik and Ubiquiti networks, we build systems that are secure, easy to manage and ready for load-shedding. Based on the KwaZulu-Natal South Coast and working across the province.
An integrated security system links your CCTV cameras, access control and network so they share the same power backup, the same secure internet connection and the same management. You can see what is happening, control who comes in and keep everything online, even when something fails.
Most security problems are not caused by a lack of cameras. They come from systems installed by different people that do not work together: a recorder that drops off the network, an intercom with no power backup, or a camera that nobody can view because the internet link is down. We plan the whole system, and we look after it afterwards.
Start with the service you need most: CCTV and surveillance, access control or managed internet services. Each one is designed to connect to the others when you are ready.
Everything is designed, installed and supported by one team, so there is one place to call.
Health checks, firmware updates, repairs and upgrades so the system keeps working long after installation.
One team designs, installs and supports cameras, doors and network, so nothing falls between suppliers.
Cameras, recorders, locks and routers are planned together, so one power cut or link failure does not take down everything.
View cameras and manage access from your phone through secure remote access.
Planned cable routes and equipment placement mean fewer surprises, less mess and lower long-term cost.
Add cameras, doors or sites later without rebuilding what is already there.
Footage and access logs that are organised, time-synced and easy to export.
A camera is only useful when it is powered, connected and protected. We design the foundations first.
Cameras and door controllers sit on their own protected network segments, away from staff computers and guest Wi-Fi.
Managed fibre, wireless or LTE with automatic failover, so remote viewing and alerts keep working.
Battery and UPS backup sized for the equipment that must stay on, with clean shutdown where needed.
Default passwords changed, firmware kept current and devices kept off the open internet.
We choose the right equipment for each site and explain why, rather than pushing one brand.
| Brand | What we use it for | Strengths | Consider |
|---|---|---|---|
| Dahua | Cameras, recorders, video intercoms and access control terminals | Wide range across budgets, with IP and HD analogue (HD-CVI) options | Keep firmware current and devices off the open internet |
| Hikvision | Cameras, recorders, video intercoms and access control terminals | Wide range of IP and HD analogue (HD-TVI) products, including strong low-light options | Keep firmware current and devices off the open internet |
| MikroTik | Routers, firewalls, switches, LTE routers and failover | Powerful, flexible and good value, especially for multi-link and failover setups | Needs experienced configuration, which is why we manage it |
| Ubiquiti | UniFi Wi-Fi, switching and point-to-point wireless links | Clean management and reliable Wi-Fi and wireless bridges | Works best with a planned network design and PoE budget |
Dahua, Hikvision, MikroTik, Ubiquiti and other product or company names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe the equipment we install and support. We are independent and are not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies unless stated.
We walk the site with you, note entry points, blind spots, lighting, cable routes, power and connectivity, and ask what you most need to protect.
You receive a clear design with equipment, positions and an itemised quote, so you can see what you are paying for.
We install neatly, test every camera, reader and link, and configure secure remote access.
We show you how to view footage, manage users and export evidence, and leave simple documentation.
Firmware updates, health checks and repairs keep the system dependable as your needs change.

We are based on the KZN South Coast and install and support systems on site across the province. Remote support and managed internet are available beyond KZN.
An integrated security system connects your CCTV cameras, access control and network so they share power backup, internet access and management. It means one design, one installer and one place to call when something needs attention.
We install Dahua and Hikvision cameras, recorders and access products, and we build networks on MikroTik and Ubiquiti equipment. We recommend the right model for your site and budget and explain why.
Yes. We design security systems for homes, estates, farms, shops, offices, lodges, schools and larger organisations. The method is the same, and the size and level of detail change with the site.
Yes. We set up secure remote access so you can view cameras and, where the system supports it, manage users and doors from your phone or computer. This needs a working internet connection, which we can manage for you.
We size UPS or battery backup for the equipment that must stay on, such as recorders, routers, door controllers and key cameras. Backup power has limits, so we agree with you what runs and for how long. See our solar and backup power work.
Yes. We manage internet links for clients, working with providers such as MetroFibre and Afrihost and with local suppliers, so remote viewing, alerts and cloud features stay reliable. Read about our managed internet services.
We change default passwords, keep firmware current, place security devices on their own network segment and avoid exposing recorders directly to the internet. Secure remote access is set up through safer methods instead.
CCTV footage can contain personal information, so POPIA and respect for other people’s privacy matter. We help with sensible camera positioning, signage, access control and retention settings. This is general guidance, not legal advice, so check your obligations with your attorney or information officer.
We are based on the KwaZulu-Natal South Coast and install and support systems on site across KZN, including Durban, the North Coast, the Midlands and Zululand. Remote support and managed internet are available beyond KZN.
It depends on the size of the site, the number of cameras or doors, the equipment chosen and the cabling needed. After a free site assessment we give an itemised written quote, so you can see equipment and labour separately. Request a free assessment.
Yes. We offer health checks, firmware updates, repairs and upgrades, and can arrange support so a fault is handled by the team that installed the system.
Often, yes. We assess what can be kept, such as cabling, cameras or recorders, and what should be replaced, then give you a plan that avoids unnecessary cost.
